All materials are meticulously prepared prior to finishing. Choose from gloss, matt or textured finishes.

Our brand new high speed oven is capable of processing components up to 5metres in length.

Powdercoating

We specialise in powder coating all metals including steel, mild steel and aluminium.

We serve a wide range of industries which includes commercial hauliers, the film & lighting industry, schools, food industries, agriculture and Formula 1 Logistics to name but a few.

Shotblasting

We carry out shot blast cleaning to both ferrous and non-ferrous fabrications using chilled iron grit.

Our shot blasting service cleans and smooths metal surfaces by compressing small particles under pressure, eroding inconsistencies and rust from its surface. We use a variety of shot material which ranges from steel shot, aluminium oxide, glass bead and iron. We also use a wide range of grit sizes.

Fabrication/Welding

Our sister company is located in the same workshop.
